Capital Studio Architects, LLC was commissioned for the Facade Renovation of an existing shopping center located in the Elmwood section of West Hartford.  The scope of work involves updating the existing facades with unified design, incorporating sloped metal roofs, pediments and cupola elements. CSA is also involved with an addition to increase an existing tenant space, as well as various tenant layout reconfigurations for existing and new tenants alike.
